A start to something great

Hello whoever is reading this and I hope you're having a good day so far. This is my first blog post here so screw it I'm just gonna freestyle it and write about how I'm doing. It's not the first time that I'm doing this luckily since I do write for myself from time to time. Just random thoughts whenver I get good ones that I need to remember for the future or I'll just end up writing about my day if I had an exceptionally good or bad day for example.

That being said today was a pretty standard day for me. I woke up around 12 at noon and since I'm on summer break I don't have to worry about school or literally anything. I'm a free man. Either way my sisters' were going to have some annoying younger kids that live nearby in the same neighborhood over to our house so we wanted  to do something to prank or scare them with so we came up with a devious plan on how to scare these kids. The plan was I would go hide outdoors behind the house and wait for their friends to arrive at our house. After that I'd sneak up on our front door and ring the doorbell furiously while slamming on the door so it would look like I was trying to break into the house. Best part is my sisters would just lie to them about where I was which was staying over at a friends house so they never knew it was me since you can only see a shadow through the windows on the door so the plan worked flawlessly. After that I'd just watch some YouTube videos and wait until things calmed down. Then I went back in acting like I just returned home and didn't know what was going on. The plan worked flawlessly by the way which was kind of mean to do but we couldn't help ourselves lol.

After that I finally finished playing Sonic Adventure on the Dreamcast. It was a fantastic game all the way around with a few drawbacks with the camera controls being a load of work at times but other than that it was pretty good. That is not to say that it didn't make me rage or hit myself in the head dozens of times. Especially after dying right at the end of the final Egg Viper bossfight. I thought I beat it already but then IT CAME CRASHING DOWN ON THE PLATFORM THAT I WAS STANDING ON AND I FELL TO MY DEATH EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY DEFEATED HIM... Oh trust me I had thoughts of putting the Dreamcast controller wire around my neck and chocking myself to death right on the spot but that just made eventually seeing the credits roll on the TV screen even better. I'm excited to play Sonic Adventure 2 next and I'm probably going to burn that game to CD next actually along with Crazy Taxi because I played the sequel of that game and I really liked it. It's one of the better DC games I think.

After I got done with Sonic Adventure there was not much to do so I spent the rest of the afternoon and evening on my computer playing Osu! and reading the visual novel Katawa Shoujo that I had started reading through a couple of months ago by now. Other than that I just scrolled on Pinterest.com and YouTube.com while listening to music through my headphones like usual. I also took a shower and went to our sauna to sit around in the heat (I'm from Finland that's why :D) after that I ate some waffles with jam and a banana and went back to the computer though I now had all this work with the website ahead of me.

It was off to a rough start at first because I had no idea how to make hyperlinks at first. I also had a lot of problems with getting the layout and the side panel right for some reason it would always just go to shit with the tables I was using so eventually after looking around I found out I could add "shared borders" to my website which is the side panel that you see on the right side of the screen right now. The way it works is it preserves the same borders on every page on my website which is exactly what I wanted for the navigation bar with all the links and stuff and I'm super glad that I won't have to do it separately for each page.

                                     

Either way I've been working on this site for over 3 and a half hours now and I've made decent progress with the formatting of this blog as well as the photo gallery which albeit still needs quite a bit of work but at least now I now what I'm doing I think. I'll definitely keep the updates more regular from now on because I want to get this site to a decent state while I'm still on summer break. I've got around a month to work with still which is a plenty of time but I need some balancing too because I also have to progress in multiple video games and anime still but oh well those are just some personal problems of mine. Anyways I hope that this blog and this site will turn out alright I'll the end as I really do like doing this so far at least. Anyways It's getting late and I'll probably just chill for a while and head to bed so I can continue my work tomorrow. Goodnight...
