If there's one thing in this world that I will always enjoy
doing it has to be the act of shooting photos on my camera. Ever since I was a
little kid I've always been fascinated by cameras and the thought of capturing
"important" moments in time daily and preserving those moments for as
long as I can because truth is we forget most things we experience daily so
after a long time it can feel like entire days, weeks or even years disappeared
and were lost to time with only the core highlights in memory. That's why I've
always been shooting photos of rather mudane scenes too each day simply because
I think looking back and reflecting on the old times and your past self is
extremely valuable and also just kind of fun. Your world can change a lot in
just a few weeks or months and it often goes completely unnoticed. That being
said I also feel like sharing these moments in time with your friends and with
the world is something that I've always wanted to do in one way or another. I've
always enjoyed looking at other peoples' photographs too because they give you a
small view into another person's world which I find interesting.
Now I should mention that I'm not a professional photographer
by any means and I shoot every photo on a Nikon Coolpix S33 which is a budget
entry level digital camera from around 2016 that I got for my 6th birthday the
same year nearly 10 years ago and it has been with me ever since. Wherever I go
no matter what happens that camera will always be with me and I refuse to let it
go. I'd say my camera is one of the dearest thing to me.
